It is a winning Festivity for Amudhavanan, the Director of the film Vindhya Victim Verdict V3 at the film festival orbit. Not only he has won the Best Director Award at the TTFF 2023, but has also bagged the Best Feature Film Mention Award at the 9th International Film Festival 2023 at Shimla
The movie V3, an inspiration from a true events, has hit the silver screen worldwide this year and has created a benchmark among young ladies, women and families.
The film the tells about fight for their rights and against an injustice on a gang rape-murder and encountered case, achieving a poetic justice with the help of the system which fails initially due to the undue pressure of representatives and thy people.
V3 is an investigative drama of Unsolved miseries, unanswered cries and unfolded solutions.
Director tells us, V3 is his inner voice and represents the agony in crores of people against the rape culture and continuous sexual assault on females being an unsolvable mystery for ages. He said that It is his strong reflection against social injustice on the deprived community for merely political benefits and negligence. The fiction speaks about the challenges involved in parenting and in providing the safety assurance for female children in this society to lead a very common life.
The plot is raised as a blend of three different real-life incidents that occurred in the recent past.
He adds further that V3 will have its impact and certainly give a tagline to the society to minimise thousands of sexual violence happening every minute in and around us, a need of the moment. The unanswered cries of the underprivileged communities longing for their rights have been poetically expressed and rightly portraying the poetic injustice makes to feel complete about addressing a few real issues of the society. The plot manifesting the need and power of human rights in this nation is indeed hoping to the public, inculcating that the cure for injustice is within the system.
The film involves a powerful performance by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as an Investigating Officer, Paavana Gowda as Vindhya (Victim), who brings her character to life with a raw intensity that leaves a lasting impression among the audience, Aadukalam Naren, Esther Anil, Ponmudi, Chandrakumar, Jaikumar, Appa Ravi, Sheeba Christy, Anand and so on..

Also the movie has grabbed three awards for Best Film and Best Actress at 7th Indian World Film Festival 2023, Hyderabad and Best Feature Film at New Delhi Film Festival 2023.
