As the founder of Educare Foundation, Er. S P Singh embarked on a transformative journey from engineer to educator driven by his passion for education and a desire to challenge the traditional career norms. Despite societal and family pressure to pursue his engineering career, S P Singh courageously launched Educare Foundation in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh to help and train the students and unemployed youth to find their right career. Educare Foundation quickly evolved into a favorite platform for students and youth.
Founder Er. S P Singh is an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Prayagraj with a rich experience of more than 30 years in different Steel Industries (Forging, Foundry, Fabrication) of power sector, education and skill training, He is also associated with Red Cross Society and different social and cultural association and organizatios at different levels.
S P Singh’s leadership style revolves around innovation, continuous learning and empowerment. He fosters an environment where his team fells valued and empowered to voice their ideas, recognizing their invaluable insights both as team members and students/trainees. By envolving his team in decision making process, he ensures alignment with organization’s goals and values, driving collective growth and success. He joined hands with PMKVY (A Central Government Skill Development scheme for youth) and trained several hundred youth through this scheme.
He started career counseling for students of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University and provided counseling to thousands of students over several past years. He also helped several students to start their ventures for self employment.
At later stage Dr. Kirti Singh, a well known educator, administrator and social worker joined the team and they launched a platform in the name of Edu-School for the students of class KG to 12 of CBSE, ICSE and UP Board providing classwise and chapterwise artificial intelligence based animated video classes free of cost both in English and hindi medium through its youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@Edu-School .
Dr. Kirti Singh is Doctorate in Mathematics with a rich experience of more than 20 years of teacheing and administraton in different schools and Intermediate College, Received gallantry and several award from MHRD in July 2015, Uttar Pradesh Government in Sept. 2015, VBS Purvanchal University in July 2014, National Science Olympiad 2013, National Mathematics Olympiad 2013, 2014, 2015, honored by Prof. S Ramanujam & Prof. S. Chandrashekhar in Mathematics, Life & Work Society in April 2013. Also associated with Dhirubhai International School, Kajiranga University, Jorhat, Assam and BYJUS as honorary member. Beyond these very actively associated with several social organizations.
To sustain growth and innovation Dr. Kirti Singh prioritizes continuous learning and networking within education sector. His active engagement with peers and experts of education sector also opens avenues for collaboration and expansion, driving the organization’s ongoing progress and success.
