Over 100 children came together for a day with Kiehl’s and enjoyed the many activities organized like storytelling, zumba class, hair braiding and hand painted. At the centre, Kiehl’s also conducted a painting competition based on the theme “What Makes You Happy” where all the children participated. Out of the 100 paintings received, Kiehl’s shortlisted a painting by Sameer and has now incorporated it as the label for its best seller Ultra Facial Cream.
“Forced by poverty and the absence of basic living amenities, these children start earning from a very young age and we at Kiehl’s strongly believe that only access to quality education can make a big difference in their lives. One child less at work is one child more at school. With this initiative we hope to curb the curse of child labor by sending more and more children back to school,” says Shikhee Agrawal, AVP, Kiehl’s
