Syndicate Bank launches “SYNDNIVAS TAKEOVER DHAMAKA”
Housing Loan campaign with a theme of “Switch & Save” is for 3months starting from July 1, 2019
Mumbai, July 8, 2019 – Syndicate Bank announced the launch of its Housing Loan campaign called “SyndNivas Takeover Dhamaka”. The campaign that aims at taking over the existing home loans of other banks, NBFCs and HFCs was declared open by bank’s MD & CEO, Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra at bank’s corporate office in Bengaluru. The housing campaign will be for a period of 3 months from July 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
The campaign, with the theme of “Switch & Save” offers competitive home loan interest rate, amongst peer banks, of 8.65%. The loan also provides an extended repayment period of 30 years (maximum exit age 75) including the loan period of the earlier lending institution. A top-up loan to attend to extension or repairs of the house can also be availed under this campaign. There will be zero processing and documentation charges for home loans and top-up loans taken over during the campaign period.
“With extended repayment period customers monthly EMI’s will lower and savings will increase. We believe this will provide a good cushion to every home loan customer to attend to day-to-day needs. The campaign will be running at all 4062 number of Syndicate Bank branches across India. Any home loan customers who are paying a higher home loan interest rate can approach any of the bank’s branch for Switching and Saving.
